Apple incompetence, software update failing, installers missing, versions of software unpurchaseable

Why Can i not purchase or download os x server 10.7 without great difficulty, why has your shit app store stopped distributing said version, there are many machines no doubt on server 10.6 who could upgrade to 10.7 server but cant run 10.8 server due to your other efi 32/64 bit version crap (when a hackintosh user get round such issues using chameleon) do you not understand the need for people to be able to download or purchase such software ?

Why does an imac running 10.6 fail to update to 10.6.8 via a combo installer ? or software update and then claim it doesn’t have any needed software updates ? and why can I not find a functional 10.6.8 combo updater that will take mys system from 10.6 to 10.6.8 in one fell swoop with ease on your website to download ?

why are you managing to balls up the simplest of tasks you have power over, like making your software available to your own customers ?
